Lis Wiehl

Lis Werhl is a journalist for NBC News as well as the All Things Considered program of National Public Radio. She was previously reporter on NBC News and National Public Radio's All Things Considered. She is the best-selling New York Times author of 18 books, including Hunting Charles Manson: The Quest for Justice. Lis Werhl is a native of Yakima. West Valley High School is located in Yakima. She completed her studies at Barnard College Columbia University with an undergraduate diploma in 1983. She graduated with a MA in English literature from Queensland University, Australia in 1985.
